This is for those that like a large box every once in while.  This is enough to make a family salad or a week of individual salads.
This 2 gallon bag of hydroponic produce includes:
• 2 heads of lettuce - mixes of romaine, crisphead, & butterhead!
• 3/4 lb. of greens - mixes of kale, mustard, spinach, collards, & arugula including the veggie of the month we are growing
healthy amount of cucumber and tomato
